Last updated: June 27, 2026

JyhadAamri.com (the 'Site') is operated by Mosaic Singularity ('Mosaic Singularity', 'we', 'us', or 'our') on behalf of Jyhad Aamri. We are based in London, Ontario, Canada.

This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect through the Site, how we use and share it, and the choices and rights you have. We have written it to reflect exactly how this Site handles data.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of personal information:

  • Information you provide: when you submit the contact form, we collect your first name, last name, email address, the inquiry type you select, and the contents of your message.
  • Information collected automatically: when you visit the Site, our systems record technical information such as your IP address, browser and device characteristics, and access logs. We use this to keep the Site secure, prevent abuse, and enforce rate limits on the contact form.
  • Information stored on your device: we save your light or dark theme preference locally in your browser. It stays on your device and is not transmitted to us.

We do not use third-party advertising cookies or third-party analytics, and we do not track you across other websites.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use personal information for the following purposes:

  • To receive, review, and respond to your inquiry, and to communicate with you about it.
  • To operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site, including preventing fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access.
  • To comply with applicable legal obligations and to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
  • To send marketing communications only where you have expressly opted in. The contact form does not opt you into marketing, and we honour applicable anti-spam laws, including Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL).

Where the EU or UK General Data Protection Regulation applies, our legal bases for processing are: your consent; our legitimate interests in operating and securing the Site and responding to inquiries; taking steps at your request prior to any engagement; and compliance with legal obligations.

3. How We Share Your Information

We share personal information only as described here:

  • Service providers: we use trusted infrastructure and lead-management providers that process information on our behalf and under contract, including cloud hosting (for example, Amazon Web Services). They may use the information only to provide services to us.
  • Legal and safety: we may disclose information where required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Mosaic Singularity, our users, or others.
  • Business transfers: if we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this Policy.

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.

4. International Data Transfers

We are based in Canada, and our infrastructure and service providers may store and process information in the United States and other countries. When we transfer personal information across borders, including from Canada, the European Economic Area, or the United Kingdom to the United States, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses and the contractual and security commitments of our providers.

5. Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this Policy, including responding to your inquiry and maintaining business and security records, and to comply with our legal obligations. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

6. Security

We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of the following rights regarding your personal information:

  • Access: request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
  • Correction: request that we correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
  • Deletion: request that we delete your personal information.
  • Restriction and objection: request that we restrict or object to certain processing.
  • Portability: request a copy of certain information in a portable format.
  • Withdraw consent: withdraw any consent you have given, at any time, without affecting processing carried out beforehand.

Canada (PIPEDA): you may access and correct your personal information, and you may contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada if you have concerns about how we handle it.

European Economic Area and United Kingdom (GDPR): you may exercise the rights above and lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority.

California (CCPA/CPRA): you have the right to know, delete, and correct your personal information, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at privacy@mosaicsingularity.com. We will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law, and we may need to verify your identity first.

8. Children's Privacy

The Site is intended for a professional, adult audience and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

9. Cookies and Local Storage

We do not use tracking or advertising cookies. The only information stored on your device is a functional setting that remembers your light or dark theme preference. Because we use no non-essential cookies, the Site does not require a cookie consent banner.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the Last updated date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
